Nw, like most of us realisation dawned to what we normally eat, happenened during the pandemic, inclusion of millets was a game changer personally (one of the few brownie points from that period and the STAR highlight is me shedding a Whopping 23 Kilos, boy that’s an achievement, joy (emoji) at my wifes despair (she couldn’t because of her postpartum treatments), ‘BUT’ you know what that ain’t an excuse anymore cause she still is a chubby baby (emoji).
Being a avid snacky chews were, are and will always be an exception to give up. Hence like most of us, we switched to the manier so called (emoji) ‘Healthy snacking’ brands available in the market (labelled ‘No added Preservatives’) to satiate our cravings, only too happy to try and binge them often. Sadly, the so called feeling of content and pleasures were shortlived as it is Pleasures are ‘Shorlived’.
