All orders are generally final and non-refundable once placed, due to the perishable nature of food and preparation processes.

Refund Eligibility

We will consider refunds (full or partial) only in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Major quality issues with the delivered item

  • Order missing items

To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sorted@letseatfood.in with your order number, photos, and detailed description.

Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days

  • Cash payment refunds may be credited to your account wallet or via alternate agreed method
