Due to the nature of our products (prepared food), returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions
If an item is delivered incorrectly, damaged, or unusable on arrival, you may request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess each case individually.
Return Process
To request a replacement for incorrect or damaged items:
Email sorted@letseatfood.in with order details and photographs
Our support team will confirm eligibility
If approved, we will either:
Redeliver the correct item
Issue a refund (as per Refund Policy)
